In this episode of Secret Agent, CK Walker Damp & Timbers were called in to give advice on an issue with condensation and mould. The property was located in Breaston which is a village located close to Long Eaton, Derbyshire.

Our Surveyor gave advice on how to reduce the levels of condensation which were occuring in the property. By following our advice the homeowner was able to reduce the mould growth and control excess moisture within the property.

As part of the 10 year anniversary of the Derbyshire Trusted Trader scheme, we were invited to Radio Derby to be interviewed. Having been members of the scheme for the full 10 years and having built up an impressive amount of feedback over the years, we were chosen to provide our thoughts on the scheme.

Trusted Trader 10 Year Anniversary

As part of the 10 year celebration of Derbyshire County Council's Trusted Trader scheme, we were asked to take part in promotional activities.

We were filmed and a video was used of our company as the main promotinal video. We also undertook radio interviews to promote the scheme.
